Hi there! I'm Jessalyn, a celiac baker and the heart of The Wheatless Beaver. I know firsthand how tricky it can be to find treats that are both safe and truly delicious, so my mission is simple: to create gluten-free goodies that everyone can enjoy. From perfectly golden shortbread to velvety cheesecakes brownies, each bite is made with love, care, and a little bit of whimsy. Baking is my happy place, and I'm so excited to share sweet moments that are safe, indulgent, and joyful for all!

What happens after I place an order?
Once you have placed your order and your etransfer payment has been received, you will receive a finalized email from me confirming the date, time, and address of your pickup.
I want something not listed on your website. Do you do custom orders?
I am always experimenting with new recipes for products. Send me a message and I will let you know if I can make the product you are looking for.
What payment methods do you accept?
I currently only accept e-Transfer as payment for online orders.
Where are you located?
The postal code for pickup is V2R 6C6, near Vedder Elementary. An exact address will be provided once your order details are confirmed, and payment has been received.
Are you Food Safe certified?
Yes (see below).

Are your gluten free products safe for celiacs?
Yes! All my products are made in a clean, gluten-free home kitchen. I do not keep gluten in my kitchen (I am celiac), and I am very careful with my ingredients. If you have questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
How long does it take to prepare an order?
All orders require a minimum of 24 hours notice (from when you receive your order confirmation) to prepare. Need something sooner? Please reach out to me - a rush order may be available at an additional cost.
